Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all services, products, and platforms operated by Extreme Digital Studio LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users of services operated by Extreme Digital Studio LLC, including Chatzo, Cloud Interview, Tempo, Vizzit, and any future products. It applies whether you are the account holder, an end-user accessing services through a customer's integration, or a developer using our APIs.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services to:

Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Facilitate illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or identity theft
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in unlawful discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, age, or sexual orientation

Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Generate, distribute, or store content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing
  • Produce or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors
  • Create or spread misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately misleading content
  • Generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm individuals
  • Produce content designed to incite violence, hatred, or discrimination

Security & Infrastructure Attacks

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, networks, or data
  • Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security assessments without prior written authorisation
  • Upload, transmit, or deploy malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code
  • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Perform SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or other forms of injection attacks

Data & Privacy Violations

  • Upload or process personal data without obtaining proper legal basis or consent from data subjects
  • Collect or harvest personal data from our services without authorisation
  • Violate any applicable data protection law, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or equivalent regulations
  • Process sensitive personal data (health records, financial data, biometrics) without appropriate safeguards

Platform Abuse

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data in violation of our terms
  • Bypass, circumvent, or disable any access controls, rate limits, or security features
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without explicit written authorisation
  • Use our services to spam, send unsolicited communications, or conduct phishing

AI Misuse

  • Use AI features to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any laws
  • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent AI safety filters or content policies
  • Use AI-generated content to deceive others without appropriate disclosure
  • Use AI interview tools to engage in unlawful discrimination in hiring decisions
  • Generate academic fraud content (essays, assignments) or assist in cheating

Third-Party Platform Violations

  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform integrated with our services (Atlassian, Stripe, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Use integrations in ways that could result in account bans or legal action from third-party providers

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement actions may include:

  • Warning: A formal notice to cease the violating activity
  • Feature restriction: Temporary limitation of specific features or APIs
  • Immediate account suspension: Without prior notice for severe violations
  • Permanent account termination: With or without refund at our discretion
  • Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or civil litigation where required by law or where we suffer harm

We may cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations of violations of this policy.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this policy — including abusive use of our services by another user — please report it to:

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
